Hello!

Welcome to my little (well one of many) spot on the web! This WordPress blog has been around since 2011 or 2012, I can’t remember. I noticed that my About page hadn’t been touched since then either and since a lot has changed since then I decided to just remake the whole thing.

The name is Hazel (often mistaken for Angel) but I’ve been going by the name Zellie or Zee since 2002. Ironically, I pronounce my own name weirdly so I find that saying Zellie is just a lot smoother. I was born in San Jose, CA and raised right next to Napa Valley. At 25 I decided to pack up my life and move to Orlando, FL to achieve my dream of working for Disney. In 2011 I did my first Disney College Program doing Merchandise at Downtown Disney Marketplace (Wonderful World of Memories) before being force transferred to Downtown Disney West Side (Mickey’s Groove, D-Street, Candy Cauldron and Disney Quest Emporium). Moved back to California for a year after that before doing my second DCP at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Resort doing Merchandise again. Ended up staying in Florida after that and I’m still here! In 2014 I went back to work for Disney again doing Theater Ops at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in The Tree of Life with the It’s Tough To Be A Bug show. Got divorced after 5 years of marriage to my high school sweetheart (that I had started dating at 18) of 12 years in 2015.

And 2015 started a year of starting over, re-finding myself and trying to figure it all out. 2016 is starting off pretty roughly but I can’t be mad at the events that took me here. Life is unpredictable and so are people. Dealing with betrayal and divorce has got to be the heaviest and hardest thing I’ve had to learn to cope with.

Besides all of that; I have a cat I adopted in 2015 named Sophie who is 11 years old. As well as 3 other cats that were rescued back home in Cali with my family. I enjoy blogging, reading, art, writing, shopping, park hopping at Disney World, going on adventures, crafting and video games.

I recently graduated from Full Sail University with a major in Social Media Communications and continuing my education with University of Phoenix in Communications and Marketing. I’ve been in and out of MLM’s since 2004 and have built and maintained many teams since then. I’ve also been making YouTube videos since 2008 and worked with various companies and publishers as a review blogger since 2009.
